“I have been on a search for the best korean chicken in Sydney and let me tell you that this belongs to top 3 best Korean chicken here in Sydney. The chicken was so soft, tender and flavourful. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious! You should try this!”

“Favourite Korean chicken place! You can opt for half-half flavours (soy chicken & sweet spicy) Korean chicken. The chicken skin was crispy and flavourful, yet the inside was super juicy and tender! Yummm…

Ordered the seafood tofu soup (good for 2-4 pax) for our veggie intake and balance our oily diet (a.k.a Korean chicken). It was a mouth watering dish that reminds me of homemade soup.”

“Been here for dinner before I like their Sondubu Jjiage ( Seafood Tofu Stew) it has the spicy kick that I like and it’s satisfying for a cold night. Walk pass a few times and saw they have good value lunch special ($15-$18) so try it out! I order their KFC to try as I heard it’s good. Try the lunch special KFC box and I choose the Soy Garlic the portion was good and the fried chicken is well marinated, crispy and juicy. Would be back to try more other fried chicken flavours as I thoroughly enjoy their korean fried chicken.”

“Best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had! Would definitely come back for this again. This is a great place to share dishes as a group as they have hot pot and other stuff as well as the fried chicken. Easy ordering online and staff were good with their service. It’s on the pricy pricy side but a nice treat.”

“This was the best chicken I have ever had in both Sydney and Korea!! I had a oven baked chicken. It was juicy and tender. If you want to try real Korean style chicken, I totally recommends you here. I will come here to try other dishes asap.”

“The food was made quickly and fresh—the best Korean fried chicken I’ve ever tasted! Unfortunately, I had a bit of an accident, but the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. Despite it being almost closing time, they kindly cleaned up the mess without any hesitation. Amazing service and delicious food. A MUST TRY!!”

“Decent Korean fried chicken in the heart of Sydney. The spicy chicken could have been spicier and the “snow” on the chicken was a coconut flavour that wasn’t listed on the menu which wasn’t too our liking. All in all the food was good and service was great 😊 Will be back.”

“Basax is my go to korean resturant! Every time im in the city and crave korean food. This is my go to!

The food never dissappoints, staff are always attentive! The korean fried chicken is so good, always packed with flavour and perfect amount of sauciness. The waffle fries are always crispy and warm. 🤤

Its definitely an amazing place to go with friends. It hits that comfort food craving you get every once in a while.”

“Had KFC because as a Korean chicken fanatic, I was craving some. (Where I am currently residing doesn’t have KFC *Korean). The chicken was tasty. However it isn’t as good as Korea. I must say portions are large unlike other places I’ve been. Hence I have over ordered. Chips or wedges are very good. The dip is nice. But I miss the very light crispy chicken that Korea offers which wasn’t there. Nonetheless it was good”
